The Village Hall is situated on Pepper Street in the centre of Lymm. Regular activities take place in the hall and it is also available to hire for functions and parties. Please note we require up to 28 days notice for any private hires.

Main hall and atrium
The main hall is 13m x 6m and the adjoining atrium area is 7m x 5m. This combined area can accommodate up to 100 people. In addition, a fully equipped kitchen is included in the hire. Free wi-fi is provided throughout the building. See our gallery of the main hall and atrium below.
Annexe
The annexe (or Council Chamber) is 8m x 5m and is ideal for meetings of up to 10 people. There is no access to the main hall or kitchen (unless you hire both together) but a kettle and crockery are available.

Block bookings are three or more sessions on different dates booked concurrently.
Rooms can be hired until 11pm on Friday evenings and 10pm on Saturday evenings. Later times can be arranged by prior agreement and may be subject to additional fees.
Perfect for Wedding receptions, Children’s parties, Afternoon Tea parties, craft events and meetings.
YOU MUST include any time required for setting up and clearing away afterwards in the booking times you request. Overstays may be deducted from a deposit as per the terms and conditions.
DEPOSIT
All hirers pay a refundable deposit of £50 or more, depending on the event. After a hire the hall is checked and the full or partial deposit will be returned. Please allow up to 21 days for deposit return.
