HS2 Webinars March 2022
HS2 Ltd are holding two webinars in March specifically for the Golborne link. This is the stretch of railway running between Broomedge and Bamfurlong (near Wigan) and is part of the Bill now before Parliament to build and operate the HS2 railway between Crewe and Manchester. The Golborne link is proposed to run via Glazebrook and Risley, with a connection to the West Coast Main Line to serve stations in Scotland and the North West.
During the webinars HS2 Ltd will give a brief presentation on the Bill and point out some of the main features of the proposed new railway for the Golborne Link. The majority of time, however, will be set aside for questions – giving you the chance to ask the team about the Bill and what it means for the Golborne Link.
You can register to attend by choosing either of these direct links:
Bill documents can be found at www.gov.uk/hs2-phase2b-crewe-manchester. Here you can also find a list of the public libraries and local authority offices that hold the Bill documents for viewing.
