Kerry Duffin

Kerry is the Clerk to The Council and Responsible Financial Officer.

The Parish Clerk / RFO to the Council is the Proper Officer and an employee of the Parish Council and as such is under a statutory duty to carry out all the functions of a local authority’s Proper Officer. In particular, one of the roles of the Clerk is to serve or issue all the notices required by law of the Proper Officer of the Parish Council.

Kerry is responsible for ensuring that the lawful instructions of the Council in connection with its functions as a Local Authority are carried out. The Parish Clerk / RFO advises the Council on, and assists in the formation of, policies to be followed in respect of the Council’s activities.

Natalie Holmes

Natalie’s role within the Parish Council is as Admin Assistant, supporting the Parish Council to carry out its functions, roles and requirements to serve the residents of, and visitors to, Lymm.  Natalie currently manages the bookings at the village hall as well as the allotment sites and tenancies.

Paul Urmston

Paul manages the Environment Team that undertakes a wide range of tasks from mowing, strimming and weeding to litter picking and dealing with fly tipping.

Mark Beddingfield

Mark joined the Environment Team in October 2021 to support the midweek Environment Team to keep Lymm’s outside spaces clear and tidy.

James Sproston

James joined the Environment Team in May 2024, making sure that Lymm’s green spaces, hedges and footpaths are clear and free of litter and waste.

Paul Whitney

Paul works at the weekend keeping The Cross and the village centre clear of rubbish.

Carl Sproston

Carl is a crucial part of the team, making sure the village hall is clear and ready each day for hirers and visitors, and is secure at the end of every day.
